HOW WE MAKE IT

Once the grapes are crushed and stems removed, they are fermented on skins in contact with oak. Temperature controlled fermentation ensures maximum varietal flavour, colour and tannin extraction. The wine is bottled at the Casella Family Winery in Yenda, New South Wales.

AROMA

Big and bold with a strong red colour and vibrant purple hues, this wine exhibits aromas of boisterous red fruits, chocolate oak and hints of spice and vanilla.

FLAVOUR

[yellow tail] Big Bold Red is exactly as its name implies. The palate combines to continue the saga with plum, fruitcake and oak all in perfect balance with a touch of sweetness.
