The balance between fruity typical of varietal, flavor and freshness, characterizes this elegant Chardonnay. A full sip, relaxed, which on the finish adds aromatic and floral notes of Sauvignon Blanc, present in a small percentage.

Vinification: Soft pressing, cleaning of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature

Food pairing: As an aperitif, with finger food and appetizers, but also at the whole meal, where it emerges with its most elegant expressions in particular with appetizers and first courses, enhancing itself to the maximum with fish dishes. Also intriguing the combination with slightly spicy cheeses
