It has been intensively selected by our family tasting skills, to produce this easy-drinking style dry
red wine. It has a red ruby color, black and red fruit and a long aftertaste with hints of spices. It is round, and medium-bodied, with perfect soft tannins.
Blend : 80 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet-Sauvignon
Vinification : Cold maceration for 3 days at 10°C followed by fermentation at 26°/28°C with daily pumping-overs. Fermentation of each grapes varieties separated.
Ageing: 100% in stainless steel tank to preserve the natural fruit aromas. Traditional rackings are used to obtain naturally clarified wines. Light fining and filtration before bottling with our own equipment.
To drink: Perfect drinking on its own, or with casual, everyday food. It can also be served with grilled meat. Temperature 16°C to 18°.
