“Moldova de Lux” – these kinds of sparkling wines produced by traditional technology from the most select raw wines of Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes. Pleasant aspect and original design of bottles harmonizes well with delicate taste and deep aroma of sparkling wines.
Prices are very accessible, and quality is appropriate. Wines are poured enticingly in the glass and satisfy the most refined tastes. When opening the bottle and pouring the wine in the glass, by emission of carbon dioxide is formed at the surface a layer of smooth and persistent foam which is continuously renewing. Emission of carbon dioxide from the mass of wine in the form of bubbles produces the “pearling”, and the formation of foam produces the “foaming”. These are the basic characteristics of sparkling wines pleasantly influencing our senses.
Sparkling wines are served chilled, at the temperature of +6…+8ºC.
"Moldova de Lux"– red semi dry sparkling wine, prepared by treating the blending of processed must with endogenous carbon dioxide using the method of periodical second brewing in hermetic tanks under pressure with a following isobaric bottling. The wine is produced from different red European types of grapes. The rich bouquet with cherry bone and black currants flavor harmoniously complete the ruby-red color. It is wonderfully combined with desserts and sponge cakes.
