Viticulture and Vinification
Grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and then macerated for 5 days on the skins, using no temperature control. No additives at all were used in the winery. After 10 days on skins the free run wine was drained, and only the free run was used for this wine.
The wine underwent full natural malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No oak was used, and the wine went through a natural cold stabilisation in exterior tanks during the winter.
Finally the wine was bottled with no filtration and no additives at all.
Made in the ‘Glou Glou’ tradition, this wine is light fruity direct and easy drinking, notes of bramble fruits and blueberry dominate, on the pallate the wine shows crunch red fruits ,cranberry and dark cherry. Smooth and juicy with a long finish.
