[yellow tail] Pink Moscato is a dream. It's a gorgeous flamingo pink hue and unbelievably delicious - like drinking shooting stars that dance
on your tongue and taper out to a finish that is clean, fresh and crisp. Devilishly delish and fantastically fun, in one word, it's just simply lovely.

HOW WE MAKE IT
The fruit is harvested in the cool of night to retain maximum freshness and flavours. Winemaker selected free run juice fractions ensure wine will retain vibrant fresh softness on the palate. Cool fermentation temperatures maximize retention of floral and fruit flavours in the wine that are enhanced by a crisp and refreshing acidity. Once completed, the wine is cold filtered and blended with juice from Muscat varieties to create anabundanceofsweetaromasandfreshness. [yellowtail] Pink Moscato is a pretty, fresh, musky wine with fresh red fruits, confectionary notes and a lingering candy sweetness.
[yellow tail] Pink Moscato is full of natural sweetness. With aromas of strawberry, musk and freshly crushed grapes. The wine displays fresh strawberry flavours with hints of fairy floss and red apples. The wine has a fine and enticing fizz, just for fun!
