HOW WE MAKE IT
The fruit for [yellow tail] Moscato is harvested in the cool of night
to retain maximum freshness and flavour. Free run juice and light pressings are used to ensure softness on the palate. The wine is then cold stabilised and cold filtered to preserve rich aromas and freshness. The wine is bottled at the Casella Family Winery in Yenda, New South Wales.
[yellow tail] Moscato is full of natural sweetness. It displays bright fruit aromas of white peach, passionfruit, floral orange blossom notes with a hint of sweetness.
This wine has a light fizz that tingles in your mouth highlighting lively tropical fruit flavours and a crisp acidity.
Chilled with a spicy Asian inspired salad.
