Pinot Noir is a bright and youthful red wine lined with gentle purple hues. [yellow tail] Pinot Noir is an ideal red wine for any season of the year - bright, juicy and easy to drink.

HOW WE MAKE IT
Once the grapes for [yellow tail] Pinot Noir are crushed and stems removed, they are fermented on skins in contact with oak. Temperature controlled fermentation ensures maximum varietal flavour, colour and tannin extraction. The wine is bottled at the Casella Family Winery in Yenda, New South Wales.
[yellow tail] Pinot Noir has a very "pretty" nose with berry notes.
The palate is enticing and delicate with fresh flavours of cherries, red berries and sweet spice.
Serve lightly chilled at a picnic with friends, or relax with a glass on the couch after a long day.
