Shiraz and Cabernet are perfectly compatible, offering a full bodied, robust red wine with the perfect blend of savoury and spice.

HOW WE MAKE IT

Once the grapes are crushed and stems removed, they are fermented on skins in contact with oak. Temperature controlled fermentation ensures maximum varietal flavour, colour and tannin extraction. The wine is bottled at the Casella Family Winery in Yenda, New South Wales.

AROMA

[yellow tail] Shiraz Cabernet has dense dark fruit aromas of rich plum, blackcurrant & raspberry.

FLAVOUR

Flavours of fresh red berries combine with blackcurrants and a little herbal complexity fills the mouth.
